These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.alianzalocaltours.com and the recruitment of tourist experiences offered through the same.

By accessing, browsing, or to make a reservation on this web site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Service information

ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS es una marca dedicada a promocionar y comercializar tourist experiences, activities and travel services.

Through this website the users are able to:

  • Explore tourist experiences
  • Request information
  • Make reservations
  • Manage payments

For the processing of bookings and payments, ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS utiliza la plataforma tecnológica de reservas uTriperoperated by Global Triper Colombia S. A. S.

Therefore:

  • The booking system and payment processing is managed by uTriper.
  • Some operations shall be subject also to the Terms and Conditions of uTriper.

 

2. Registration and user data

To make a reservation, the user must provide personal information such as:

  • Full name
  • E-mail
  • Phone number
  • Document id

The user agrees to provide information accurate, current and complete.

ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS no será responsable por problemas derivados de información incorrecta proporcionada por el usuario.

 

3. Booking process

The user can book tourist experiences directly from the web site.

Bookings are processed via the platform uTriper, which allows you to:

  • Manage availability
  • Confirm booking
  • Process payments

When making a reservation, the user accepts:

  • The specific terms of the experience
  • The cancellation policy of the tour operator
  • The terms of use of the platform reserve

Once the reservation is made, the user will receive a confirmation email with the details of the experience.

 

4. Prices and payment methods

Los precios de las experiencias son establecidos por los operadores turísticos o por ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS según corresponda.

Payments can be made by:

  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Other media available on the booking platform

The payment processing is made by payment providers external integrated in the platform uTriper.

ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS no almacena directamente los datos de tarjetas de crédito.

 

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation policies depend on experience and will be informed prior to confirming the reservation.

In general:

  • Some bookings may require non-refundable deposits.
  • Refunds depend upon the policies of the tour operator.

The user must carefully review the terms before completing the booking.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Law 1480 of 2011 (Statute of the Consumer Colombia)the user may exercise the right of withdrawal within the five (5) business days after the purchase, provided that:

  • The service has not started
  • The date of the experience is not next

In case of withdrawal valid, the refund will be made within the period established by the law.

 

7. Responsibility of the service

ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS actúa como promoter and facilitator of tourist experiences.

The actual provision of tourist services can be made by:

  • Tour operators
  • Guides
  • External suppliers

Por lo tanto, ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS no será responsable por:

  • Cancellations by the operator
  • Weather conditions
  • Delays external
  • Changes in logistics necessary for the operation of the experience

Sin embargo, ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS buscará siempre apoyar al cliente para resolver cualquier inconveniente.

 

8. No show (No Show)

If the user does not show up to the experience in the date and time established without prior cancellation, may be considered No Show.

In these cases:

  • The booking can be lost
  • There will be No right to a refund

 

9. Intellectual property

All the content of the web site, including:

  • texts
  • images
  • logos
  • design
  • audiovisual content

belongs to ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Reproduction is prohibited without permission.

 

10. Protection of personal data

The personal data provided by users will be treated according to the colombian legislation in force (Law 1581 of 2012).

The information collected will be used to:

  • Manage bookings
  • Contact the user
  • Send information related to the services
  • Improve the user experience

The data may be shared with vendors required for the provision of the service, including the booking platform uTriper.

 

11. Modifications

ALIANZA LOCAL TOURS podrá modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento.

The amendments shall enter into force from their publication on the website.

 

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with colombian law.
